Pastor’s Notes
Dear Friends, we are at a time of year where life shifts a bit due to the season change. Whether that’s the rhythm of life with the planting season…or with kids or grandkids looking towards summer…with end-of-the-school-year programs, concerts, sports and events…with opening up a lake place or cleaning up a yard or just looking for new life to bloom. Life in the church also shifts a bit at this time of year. We are closing out the Confirmation and Sunday School years, Bible studies may pause or meet less frequently, we are wrapping some things up, and looking to how to nurture and grow our faith in the coming season: summer.
At our last Confirmation Mentor night, our students and their mentors talked about this: how we practice our faith each and every day.
